Return Policy:
- Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of package recieved to return items.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in new condition, with tags still attached.
- Refund Method: Returns will be issued as a Cedar & Lily store credit gift card only. Store credit never expires.
- Final Sale Items: All discounted items or "sale" items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded onto a Cedar & Lily e-gift card within 10 business days. If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at onlinesupport@cedarandlilyclothier.com.

Yes. Cedar & Lily Clothier is an authorized retailer of the designer brands we carry, and all merchandise is authentic and purchased directly through our brands and their authorized representatives.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. However, If a mistake has been made with your order information, please reach out VIA email or chat! Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Cedar & Lily Clothier only ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Can I shop online and pick up in-store?
Yes! Select In-Store Pickup at checkout. We’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup notification before heading to the store.
What is your return policy?
Eligible returns are issued as store credit. Items must meet our return requirements and be returned in their original condition with tags attached.
Can I exchange an item for another size?
Yes, exchanges may be available depending on inventory. Please contact us before returning your item or placing another order. Our team must arrange the exchange for you in advance.
If you purchase the replacement size in a separate transaction, it is considered a new order, not an exchange. Your original item will then be processed as a return and issued store credit according to our return policy. We are unable to refund the original purchase simply because a replacement item was purchased separately.
