Refund policy

Return Policy:

  • Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of package recieved to return items.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in new condition, with tags still attached.
  • Refund Method: Returns will be issued as a Cedar & Lily store credit only. Store credit never expires.
  • Final Sale Items: All discounted items or "sale" items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded onto you Cedar & Lily account via store credit within 10 business days. If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at onlinesupport@cedarandlilyclothier.com.


To start a return, you can request a return through the shopify portal or contact us at onlinesupport@cedarandlilyclothier.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Exchanges

  • For exchanges, please contact us at onlinesupport@cedarandlilyclothier.com. Please do not purchase the replacement item separately, as we will be unable to process it as an exchange. Any separate purchase will be treated as a return and refunded via store credit.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
