Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will begin processing the following business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If a significant delay occurs, customers will be notified via email prior to shipment.



Shipping Methods
We offer standard shipping on all domestic orders.

Standard Shipping
• Orders $0.00 – $249.99: $25.00 flat-rate shipping
• Orders $250.00 and over: Free standard shipping

Standard shipping delivery time is 3–4 business days after processing.



Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the continental United States. We are working to expand to other countries in the future. 

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at onlinesupport@cedarandlilyclothier.com as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY:

Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Receipt must be present and tags must be on merchandise. Returns are issued as store credit only. All "sale" item sales are final. We offer exchanges if we have the product in stock.
